Today I was the skeeper and woke everyone up after another night of stormy weather. At 8 we went over man overboard drills and introduced Julia to Adam's Borat accent and our Venezuelan impersonations. Later the open water divers had their first actual open water dive which was really exciting. I actually enjoyed it a lot more than I expected to. The advanced divers are now officially certified naturalist divers. Anna's homemade, straight from the packet soup was waiting for us when we returned which was very good. After lunch we had a navigation lecture where we all saw just how much ground we had covered throughout the BVI. Wakeboarding at three was fantastic, I had been dying to go since last time and Luis took a nose dive just in time for Adam to see as he rode by and I'm pretty sure he was laughing so hard he fell himself. Unscheduled brownies awaited us when we got back, and even though we could have been late for other things due to their creation, we were amazing and pulled it off. Aren't we the perfect boat? The chicken stuffing actually turned out to be much more delicious in it's final outcome than what we expected from it's beginning. I think I ate my own body weight in food and brownies. The others are on the night dive as I write, and I'm going to go listen to some Metallica. Each day is getting better than the last, and tomorrow we will begin the second half of the adventure.
